Project: Training course “PRiSM 2.0”
The project is financed by: Erasmus+ Programme
Project duration: 06.10.2025 – 10.10.2025
Place of project: Karlovac, Croatia
Short description:
From 6th to 10th October 2025, our participants (Aytan Guliyeva, Jumshud Jahangirov and Aytaj Khanali) took part in PRiSM 2.0, a training course for youth workers organized by Carpe Diem. Over the course of five days, participants worked on topics related to sustainability in their daily lives and within their organizations.
During the workshops, they were introduced to the concepts of circular economy and zero waste through both theoretical and practical activities. Through various sessions, they explored how these principles can be applied in the food, fashion, and technology industries, developing creative solutions for waste reduction and resource reuse.
The aim of the training was to refresh and deepen participants’ knowledge of the PRiSM™ methodology in the context of sustainable project management and to enable them to review and present the results of their assessment matrices. Through an interactive and experiential approach, participants had the opportunity to identify good practices and challenges, as well as to develop a joint “Sustainable Development Package” by adapting and improving existing assessment tools.
