Short description: In an ever-changing world, young people face a myriad of challenges that can impact their mental well-being and hinder their personal growth. To address this critical issue, this Erasmus+ project held in Bulgaria focused on fostering resilience in youth. By equipping young individuals with the tools to bounce back from adversities and by cultivating healthy habits, enhancing movement culture, and comprehending the factors influencing all aspects of one's physical, spiritual, and emotional development, the project aimed to improve the opportunities for young people to realize their personal and professional potential after the global pandemic.
The project was held in Pamporovo, Bulgaria between 4th July – 10th July. More than 30 participants from 10 different countries participated in the event. It is a fact that COVID-19 pandemic played a crucial role in all of our lives. Everyone discussed about the topic and shared experiences that helped all of us to expand our knowledge. Besides that, the activities we did with trainer helped us to learn more about time management, networking, communication skills and raised awareness about healthy lifestyle, being civically engaged.
