Short description:

Loneliness and social isolation are significant issues today, affecting a substantial portion of Europe's population, especially in Eastern Europe. This youth exchange program aims to address these challenges by developing psychological skills, fostering empathy, and establishing peer support groups. It also promotes sustainable development, community solidarity, and active citizenship, aligning with the goals of the Erasmus+ program. Through various workshops, participants will gain knowledge and experience in social integration, intercultural dialogue, and active citizenship, equipping them to tackle the negative effects of social isolation and loneliness.
